So thoughts on Chicken Piccata. First thought...make sure you copy the entire

recipe before you make something... (remember the salt and pepper). Second, that was the greatest smelling sauce I have ever smelled in my life. Biggest thing I would change for next time is LESS lemon juice. It tasted how a lot of chicken piccata tastes, but for my own preferences, the lemon was just a little overpowering. Thoughts for next time are to maybe just use the extra sauce from the chicken on top of the pasta. Overall, this is a great/easy recipe that looks/tastes good and could be good for entertaining people with.
